We look at the sea in its capacity and we believe just because it is a vast stretch of water,its scale and dept,its capacity to absorb water from everywhere,carry vessels house sunken ships and absorb everything that is thrown into it,so we continue but even the ocean refuses to keep everything in its dept,

That ocean sometimes gently glide to shore and return the unwanted,what it doesn’t want to hold within its waters,

Sometimes the ocean gets enraged and returns the unwanted with mega force because the ocean, just like us can only take so much

We all need to know our capacity, get rid of the unwanted within,

Whatever the ocean throws up the sea carries to shore because there must be somewhere to deposit

So too as humans, when we have things that are too much for our insides,we too need a place to deposit,

Some of us have our community, could be one person, some of us have professional help but for some it is a do it yourself,

Don’t be afraid to cover your ears and scream, or put your fist into that pillow or even scream into your pillow, let it out!
